Stepping outside my comfort zone, I was the main chef this year. Although the mini apple pies didn't look pretty, when all was said and done, they were delicious! - 10 listings went pending, median price $467,000
- The two properties that received the most offers were both needing significant work.
- The two properties receiving the most offers were both priced under $500,000
- The remaining 8 properties received one or two offers each.
- Median price $467,000
- 12 listings closed, median price $487,500
- 6 closed at or over list price
- 9 were financed with conventional loans, 2 FHA and 1 VA
