- The median price of the pending listings is $659,000
- Over the past two weeks, 33 listings closed. Fifteen received multiple offers.
- The median closed price was $629,000 while the average closed price was $708,000
- Buyer financing included 2 cash, 6 VA financing, 9 FHA loan and the rest conventional.
- One FHA loan purchase closed at 11% over list price; both cash offers were 2% and 20% below list price.
