In real estate news, I’ve held open houses these past two weeks and met people in all phases of their home buying/selling journey. It’s a great way to hear buyers’ and sellers’ thoughts. Vacaville currently has 172 active listings.
In the past two weeks:
- 54 listings came on market and 12 have already gone pending
- Median price: $666,940 (avg: $710,707)
- Price range: $325k to $2.65M
- 34 listings went pending
- Median price: $686,919 (avg: $676,291)
- 7 received multiple offers, including 8 offers at 730 Saddlehorn Trail
- 45 listings closed escrow
- Median closed price: $632,000 (avg: $649,819)
- 18 closed over list price (Putnam Rd: $690,000, 15% over list)
