Welcome to the REfresh Newsletter - Woodland version. With Thanksgiving just behind, I still taste mashed potatoes and stuffing! Stepping outside my comfort zone, I was the main chef this year. Although the mini apple pies didn't look pretty, when all was said and done, they were delicious! I am hoping your holiday was special, however you chose to celebrate.
In Woodland, there are currently 71 active listings and 20 pending listings. Below, you will find a summary on the latest real estate activity for the last two weeks:
- 10 listings came on market (median price $531,000)
- 4 listings went pending - three received multiple offers (median price $472,500)
- 11 listings closed (median price $530,000) and although 8 had multiple offers, only 4 closed over the list price
- 8 were financed with conventional loans, 2 FHA and 1 cash
