Hello, hello!
Happy New Year! Strangely, the last quarter of 2023 was the busiest for our team! In talking to local vendors and contractors, we heard the same thing. It makes us wonder how 2024 is going to roll out.
There are 27 active properties on the market in Davis but only three new listings (two of which went pending) in the past couple weeks. During the same period of time, five properties were scooped up for a total of 13 pending transactions. All but one received multiple offers. Seven properties closed and only one of the properties went over the list price even though three had multiple offers. Perhaps less competitive than it has been. Our team represented four of the twenty pending/sold transactions. Busy, busy!
