Hello, hello! If you're a soccer fan, you know World Cup starts today. There's nothing more exciting than your favorite team play. Of course, if you're a fan of basketball, the Knicks v. Spurs game last night was an incredible game to watch!
In real estate news, there are currently 155 active and 58 pending listings in Vacaville.
Over the past two weeks, we have seen the following in the Vacaville real estate market:
- Forty-seven new listings came on the market. One is already pending.
- Prices range from $498,000 to $1.395m.
- The median active price is $619,900 (avg. $648,432).
- Twenty-one listings went pending ranging in price from $449,000 to $1.55m.
- The median pending price is $714,000 (average $769,304).
- Two of the pending listings received multiple offers.
- Forty-two listings closed escrow ranging in price from $426,000 to $1.665m.
- The median closed price was $665,000 (average $738,000).
- Fourteen closings received multiple offers. 143 Lighthouse Way received 8 offers and closed at 12% over list price.
- Thirteen properties closed under the list price, and twenty closed over.
- Closed listings consist of three cash, one Cal Vet, eight FHA, eleven VA, and the remainder were conventional financing.
- Year to date closed sales stats: 400 in 2026 so far. Within the same time period, 412 in 2025, and 336 in 2024.
