In real estate news, we currently have 53 active and 21 pending properties in the Woodland market.
Over the past two weeks, we have seen the following:
- Seven new listings came on the market.
- Prices range from $319,000 to $1,399,000
- The median active price is $539,900 (avg. $627,271).
- Eight listings went pending ranging in price from $410,000 to $989,900.
- The median pending price is $594,950 (average $614,225).
- Four of the pending listings received multiple offers.
- Nine listings closed escrow.
- The median closed price was $605,000 (average $629,667).
- Four closings received multiple offers.
- Seven properties closed under the list price, and two closed over.
- Six closings were conventional financing, two cash, and one 1031 exchange.
