We added 14 new listings of which three went pending and only two received multiple offers - just a few, nothing crazy. We had a total of eight pending transactions and one closing in the last seven days. It's a little early for any conclusions, but it looks like it could be a robust early season. Sellers are listing and buyers are offering - and it's pre-Superbowl!
