Hello, hello! Wow, has it been cold lately? I ran what was billed as a 30k (ended up being 20.4-miles) in the hills of China Camp State Park this past weekend and the weather was IDEAL. While running, it will normally feel 15 to 20 degrees warmer than the actual air temperature. So, the chilly weather was perfect for a long, hilly race. It wasn't easy of course, but I had such a great time and enjoyed every minute. I didn't lose any toenails - not even a blister! If you have considered starting up a run program, Marcela on my team leads a beginner walk/run group on Wednesday evenings that will likely be starting up in January. If you are experienced, I run with Davis run club on Tuesday evenings. Please join us! In terms of real estate, I can't think of a clever segue, so I will just say we are in the trough of the season with only 59 active and 21 pending listings. Pretty typical for this time of year.

 My favorite thing to do this time of year is to visit the Fabulous Forties. I call it the Christmas Architectural Tour. Not only are the decorations and vibe great fun, the architecture is incredible.
