I spent the weekend in Los Angeles and had the best time at Redondo Beach. If you like seafood and beer, there’s a brewery with over 100 beers on one side and a fresh seafood market on the other. I highly recommend the Micheladas at the seafood market. 

In real estate news, we currently have 81 active listings and 39 pending properties in the Woodland market. 

Over the past two weeks, we have seen the following: 

• Twenty-six new listings came on the market (ten have already gone pending).
• Prices range from $374,900 to $729,000. 
• The median active price is $564,000 (avg. $548,363).

• Seventeen listings went pending ranging in price from $435,000 to $1,295,000. 
• The median pending price is $550,750 (average $643,814).
• Six of the pending listings received multiple offers. 

• Twenty-two listings closed escrow.
• The median closed price was $625,000 (average $672,727). 
• Six closings received multiple offers. 
• Fifteen properties closed under the list price, and seven closed over. 
• Sixteen closings were conventional financing, three cash, two FHA, and one VA financing.
