In real estate news for Vacaville, there are currently 122 active, 57 pending and 21 contingent listings. 

Over the past two weeks, we have seen the following: 

• Thirty four new listings came on the market.
• Prices range from $365,000 to $1.35m. 
• The median active price is $656,500 (avg. $667,232).    

• Thirty-three listings went pending. 
• The median pending price is $640,000 (average $670,486).
• Seven of the pending listings received multiple offers. 

• Eighteen  listings closed escrow. 
• The median closed price was $660,000 (average $675,101). 
• Five closings received multiple offers. 
• Thirteen properties closed under the list price, and one closed over. 
• One was cash, two FHA, two VA, and the remainder were conventional financing.
