Over the past two weeks, we have seen the following in the Vacaville real estate market:
Forty four new listings came on the market. Three are already pending.
Prices range from $320,000 to $2.2m.
The median active price is $628,106 (avg. $716,766).
Thirty one listings went pending ranging in price from $365,000 to $1.35m.
The median pending price is $640,000 (average $651,847).
Four of the pending listings received multiple offers.
Nineteen listings closed escrow ranging in price from $455,000 to $850,000.
The median closed price was $620,000 (average $619,734).
Nine closings received multiple offers.
Seven properties closed under the list price, and seven closed over.
Closed listings consist of two cash, two CalVet, four FHA, four VA and the remainder were conventional financing.
