Hello, hello! This week I had a chance to reconnect with a former colleague from my corporate days. We played golf at Chardonnay Golf Course and were greeted. by cool weather. The course was challenging but fun.
In real estate news, there are currently 163 active and 66 pending listings in Vacaville.
Over the past two weeks, we have seen the following in the Vacaville real estate market:
- Thirty-one new listings came on the market. Four are already pending.
- Prices range from $440,000 to $1.688m.
- The median active price is $659,000 (avg. $733,540).

- Twenty-two listings went pending ranging in price from $399,000 to $1.150m.
- The median pending price is $618,220 (average $647,119).
- Four of the pending listings received multiple offers.
- Average days on market is 46 days and median of 41 days before pending.

All ticket and silent auction sales from this event will be donated to Honor Flight Bay Area Foundation.
