-MARKET UPDATE-

Hello, hello!

I officially completed my 75-day alcohol-free challenge this past Tuesday, on St. Patrick’s Day, and am feeling really proud of myself for seeing it all the way through. This marks the second year I've completed this challenge and i plan to continue the tradition in 2027.

At the beginning of the year, we shared our Bingo goal tracker with all of you, and this marks my third goal checked off so far. I’m curious, how is everyone else doing with their goals? Have you been able to cross anything off your board yet? I’d love to hear about your journey so far, big wins, small wins, all of it. Let’s keep each other inspired!

Great weather is coming our way, and with that, more homes will be hitting the market, along with plenty of open houses for buyers to explore. We’re already seeing many homes go pending quickly, so if there’s a property you’re interested in and can’t make the open house, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d be happy to schedule a private tour for you so you don't miss a thing!

Questions? We offer complimentary buyer and seller consultations. Even if you are in the early exploration stage, we encourage you to reach out!

The Curiosity Shop with Brené Brown and Adam Grant

Research professor Brené Brown and organizational psychologist Adam Grant are partnering on a new weekly podcast grounded in an unflinching commitment to learning and unlearning. At a time when public discourse rewards certainty over inquiry, The Curiosity Shop will see two of the world’s most influential thought leaders make the case for slowing down, asking better questions, and embracing informed complexity over easy answers. Bringing together their left and right brain sensibilities — she’s a qualitative researcher; he’s a quantitative researcher — they will explore some of the defining questions of our time, unpack the research reshaping how we live, lead, and love, and dive deep into the ideas, evidence, and cultural moments intriguing them the most. Tune in for the first episode on Thursday, March 19!
